Current posture

Approved and prohibited claims are centralized. Paid campaign controls, substantiation packets, targeting policy, and review workflow remain required.

Public commitments

  • Use clear disclosures and evidence-backed claims.
  • Avoid sensitive-health targeting and PHI collection.
  • Route every campaign through claims, privacy, security, and legal review.

Control register

Evidence, required actions, and launch gates stay linked.

Testimonials, endorsements, and results

The July 11 public-site audit found a named Wix testimonial without authorization evidence in the SCRIMED release graph; removal or substantiation is required.

Remove the testimonial or verify typicality, material connections, written permission, result context, and required disclosures before republication.
  • Owner: Legal, communications, and customer success
  • Launch gate: Required before publishing any endorsement.

Targeting, tracking, and landing-page controls

The product app prohibits PHI. The July 11 Wix form audit found three enabled marketing forms without a schema-level no-PHI disclosure; the healthcare-oriented Voice Intake Assistant was disabled, while two general free-text contact forms remain open remediation items.

Add explicit no-patient-information language to every remaining Wix collection surface, approve targeting exclusions, sensitive-data policy, tracking consent, rate limiting, bot protection, landing-page review, and lead retention.
  • Owner: Privacy, marketing, and security
  • Launch gate: Required before paid campaigns.

Prohibited actions

These actions remain blocked.

  • Implying diagnosis, treatment, guaranteed outcomes, or regulatory approval.
  • Using sensitive health data for targeting without an approved lawful basis and controls.
  • Launching paid traffic before public intake abuse controls are approved.
