Pilot Handoff Command
SCRIMED converts activation plans into human-reviewed handoff packets.
This command surface organizes buyer, security, clinical, implementation, RCM, and investor handoffs into packet drafts, hard stops, review gates, owners, and proof routes without sending communications or granting live-system authority.
Handoff boundary
Packet preparation is allowed; external send and live authority remain human-gated.
SCRIMED Pilot Handoff Command converts synthetic pilot activation plans into role-specific handoff packets, review gates, owner checklists, and safe next actions. It does not send external communications, authorize live PHI, approve patient outreach, submit payer actions, mutate EHR/RIS/PACS/HIS records, grant live clinical authority, approve customer activation, certify compliance, create audited financial reporting, guarantee ROI, guarantee revenue, guarantee profit, assure valuation, or create binding commercial offers.
Handoff packets
Each packet has a recipient, source plan, inputs, outputs, delivery channel, review gate, and blocked use.
Select the relevant handoff packet, confirm owner inputs, resolve hard stops, and keep the packet in human review until recipient, channel, and boundary language are approved.

- Allowed: Buyer-facing planning and meeting preparation after human review.
- Blocked: No contract approval, pricing commitment, customer activation, live PHI request, or external send without review.
- Proof routes: /pilot-activation-planner, /api/pilot-activation-planner/brief, /pilot-value-evidence, /client-onboarding
Security and privacy review handoff

Hard stops
Hard stops keep sales, implementation, and investor follow-up from outrunning governance.
Packet is sent externally before qualified human review.
Keep every packet in draft/review-required state until an owner approves the recipient, channel, and boundary language.
